Join us for a short, serene hike (.5 miles-ish round trip) to the park’s amphitheater, where nature’s beauty meets the harmony of a sound bath. Crystal bowls, live guitar, and healing instruments will guide you through grounding rituals, nature- inspired affirmations, and “breathing- with-the-trees” breathwork. As spring awakens around us, let its blossoms inspire your own renewal of mind, body, and soul. If it rains, we will nix the hike and have the sound bath in a covered/indoor area of the nature center.
